Q: What questions do we provide you with to help serve us better?

A: It's always very helpful to know:

  • your budget for the project.
  • Quantity required.
  • Describe the recipient of the gift.
  • Time Line or Expectancy date
  • How many colors is your logo to be imprinted.

Q: Can we order samples of your products?

A: Yes all samples are charged at a discounted rate. We require prepayment via a credit card as well as your courier account number or we can arrange shipping. Should you place an order; the costs minus shipping charges will be credited.

Q: Can we order catalogues?

A: DyeNasty offers a large range of promotional products and apparel from many different suppliers that can be viewed on the website with additional options of ordering samples. We also provide access to our supplier showrooms by appointment. With the continued effort of going greener & the high cost of shipping we urge our clients to utilize the website.

If catalogues are required please email us and we can either send you a catalogue from a requested product line or our Multi Line Idea Catalogue for shipping cost only.

Q: Can DyeNasty sell products from Overseas?

A: Yes we can, we have resources to export many different products from overseas. Time lines are approx 2-3 months, minimum quantities required. Over seas programs are a great way to save money when you have the time!!

Q: Does DyeNasty Supply Embroidery & Silk-screening services?

A: Yes with the sale of our products we supply both Silkscreen and Embroidery services.

Q: What are your Minimum Quantities?

A: Minimum quantities for embroidery are 18 and Silkscreen is 24 Minimum quantities for gift items vary and are specified on the website.

Q: What type of art format do you accept for Silkscreen and Printed Products?

A: The majority of our manufacturers require an EPS format created in Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw or Photoshop. All text must be converted to outlines.

Q: What if we don’t have the proper file format?

A: DyeNasty can provide services to convert your file.

Q: What Type of format do you accept for embroidery?

A: We accept DST files for embroidery however if you don’t have a DST file we can supply digitizing services to create one for you. Simply send us an image of your logo and we will supply you with and quote and a copy of your file upon completion so that you can utilize for future embroidery projects.

Q: Can we see a proof of the art prior to silkscreen embroidery or printed products?

A: Yes an electronic proof will be supplied to you prior to production for Silkscreen and Printed Products. For Embroidery we can supply you with an electronic stitch sample proof or image.

Q: How long will my order take to complete?

A: Depending on the product, the average delivery period is between 2-31/2 weeks from the date of a signed proof or order form which will be either faxed or email to you once your order has been placed.

Q: What is an Under/Over run?

A: Under/Over runs apply to printed items only, not to Silk-screening and Embroidery on garments during the imprinting process; products may be discarded that do not meet our factories' high standards. Some factories run extras to be sure to have enough properly imprinted pieces to fill the order. We invoice for the exact quantity shipped. Usually the range is between 5% under and 5% over, Please be sure to order a large enough quantity so that if there is an under shipment, you will have enough products for your program.

Q: What forms of payment to you accept?

A: Visa, MasterCard, money orders, company checks, direct deposit or email money transfers are acceptable. If you wish to establish credit with DyeNasty after one credit card transaction, please request a credit application. Upon satisfactory review, a line of credit will be established with net 30 day terms.
